Dr. Noks Nauta is an M.D. (retired) and a psychologist, Ph.D. from The Netherlands , who specializes since 2000 in gifted adults. She has written many articles and books (one in English: "Gifted adults, hitting the target", 2016). She is the co-founder and honorary board member of the Gifted Adults Foundation in the Netherlands (www.IHBV.nl). She regularly presents at national and international conferences. Her focus is on gifted and highly gifted adults, and gifted seniors. She collaborates with Ido van der Waal (mediator) in studying conflicts of the gifted. They published a book on gifted adults in conflicts in 2025.
